New Vacancy: STORE ATTENDANT

JOB INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Matola
  • Industry: Sales and Information Technology
  • Education: More than 2 years of experience
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Salary: Industry standard + bonus

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Process transactions using POS systems (cash, card, etc.)
  • Restock shelves and maintain product displays
  • Always ensure store cleanliness and organization
  • Support inventory management and stock control

Minimum education level

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
