OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – MAINTENANCE & SECURITY
PATHWAY CONSULTING is recruiting, on behalf of its client, three (3) Operations Supervisors – Maintenance & Security, responsible for coordinating daily operations and supervising maintenance and security activities. The role requires strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field;
- Proven experience in operations supervision;
- Experience in maintenance and/or security operations;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Supervise daily operational activities;
- Coordinate maintenance activities;
- Monitor security operations and procedures;
- Supervise operational teams and service providers;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Identify and resolve operational issues;
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates.
