INVOICING OPERATOR – SUPPLY CHAIN
PATHWAY CONSULTING is recruiting, on behalf of its client, two (2) Invoicing Operators Supply Chain, responsible for managing invoicing activities and ensuring accurate and timely processing of billing documentation. The role will support Supply Chain operations, verify invoices and maintain accurate records.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field;
- Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or supply chain operations;
- Good knowledge of Primavera;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Process and issue invoices accurately;
- Verify billing and supporting documentation;
- Maintain accurate invoicing records;
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance teams;
- Monitor pending invoices and discrepancies;
- Prepare invoicing reports;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
