Our client is a prestigious company operating in the Oil & Energy sector.
FUNCTION
The main activities of the job include: to provide clerical and administrative support, including filing, photocopying, document management, appointment scheduling, and general office assistance; to maintain, process, and archive all documentation related to one stop shop (OSS) activities; to ensure the reception area, offices, and meeting rooms are organized; to update calendars, schedule meetings and training and maintain logs for room bookings and meeting requests; to perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned; to manage daily front‑desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, beneficiaries, and stakeholders; to receive, distribute, and manage correspondence and redirect phone calls and inquiries appropriately; to provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email regarding local content and capacity building programs; to support the coordination and logistical organization of trainings, meetings, and capacity‑building activities; to register participants and provide information on available trainings; disseminate information on training opportunities, and capacity‑building initiatives to interested parties; to register, process, and log beneficiaries, projects, and service requests within the OSS; to assist suppliers with registration on the Mozambique supplier registration platform.
Requisitos
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent;
- Business school training is an advantage;
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role;
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel;
- Fluency in English is an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, is required;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Strong communication skills, pro-active, autonomous;
- Living in the local area of the job will be an advantage;
- Mozambican nationality.
