JOB INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Maputo

  • Education: Master’s degree in development related Disciplines, economics or public policy or other social science fields is required.
  • Experience: More than 10 years
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Salary: Industry standard + bonus

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • The National Manager is a program leadership role, combining strategy, implementation oversight, partnerships, and team supervision across multiple sites.
  • Lead and coordinate, vocational skills, youth employment, and women’s economic empowerment.
  • Supervise the on-site training coordinator and review training quality, student outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Ensure training programs remain relevant to labor market opportunities and aligned with participant needs.
  • Build relationships with employers, industry actors, financial institutions, community leaders, and service providers.
  • Review program progress and performance data, identify areas for improvement, and
  • support internal and external reporting.
