Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
FUNCTION
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the main activities of the job are to: Perform a range of administrative tasks to support HR Services, including drafting and preparing employment documentation, memos, and maintaining both electronic and physical employee files, ensuring HR records are accurate, up to date, secure, and confidential; Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, scheduling inductions, and coordinating related activities; Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees, including the preparation of work certificates and other demobilization-related documentation; Provide support with data entry and administration for leave management, time and attendance processes, including the maintenance of timesheets; Assist with benefits administration by facilitating enrollment processes for employees and their dependents; Initiate the creation of UNISOL/SAP accounts for new employees and external vendors requiring payment, and raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for the HR Department, TAS contractors, and service providers; Support payment request processes, monitor contract and purchase order expiration dates, and issue service completion certificates to enable timely invoice processing; Coordinate HR meetings and events, manage the HR team’s calendars, and prepare, record, and maintain meeting minutes; Handle confidential information with discretion, consistently meeting strict deadlines without compromising accuracy, while adhering to HSE, safety, and workplace well-being requirements.
Requisitos
- Grade 12 Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent);
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles;
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese;
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with a high level of integrity and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Cultural awareness, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee support and operational efficiency.
