JOB INFORMATION

Work Location: Maputo
Industry: Corporate Services
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, HR, Studies in Management/Administration
Experience: 7 years of experience in HR/Manage ment/similar tasks
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Salary: Industry standard + bonus

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Create strategies to optimize the organizational structure and align it with business objec tives;
Talent Management: Supervise the recruitment, selection, retention and professional development of employees;
Evaluate HR metrics and analyze data to improve efficiency and decision-making;
Attendance Management, Holiday and Absence Management, Employee Training and Development;
Ensure effective policies related to salaries, bonuses, and competitive benefits;
Ensure that HR practices comply with local and international labor laws and regulations;
In-depth knowledge of legislation, particularly labor law;
Advanced knowledge of process analysis, improvement and automation;
Be flexible and proactive in the face of organizational changes;
Act with integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues;
Seek continuous improvements and new opportunities to add value to HR and the company.
