We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join a client’s team in Maputo, Mozambique.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment logistics
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans
- Support HR reporting (headcount, turnover, training hours)
- Prepare statutory filings: tax and social obligations
- Utilize HR software (Primavera)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Experience in HR coordination is an advantage
