We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join a client’s team in Maputo, Mozambique.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment logistics
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development plans
  • Support HR reporting (headcount, turnover, training hours)
  • Prepare statutory filings: tax and social obligations
  • Utilize HR software (Primavera)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Experience in HR coordination is an advantage
