The Head of Treasury leads all treasury operations for a 40-branch retail network. You will be responsible for optimizing cash flow, managing complex import finance (LCs, TCs), mitigating FX risk, and maintaining strategic banking relationships to support large-scale local and international procurement.

Funções
  • Liquidity & Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flows, branch deposits (Cash/POS), and payment processing (Cheque/EFT)
  • Trade Finance & Imports: Manage import payments (LCs, Documentary Collections) and ensure 100% compliance with Termo de Compromisso (TC) and Customs regulations
  • Banking & Negotiations: Manage bank relationships to secure favorable terms for credit lines, POS facilities, and CIT services
  • Risk Management: Monitor currency exposure and implement strategies to minimize FX risk
  • Governance: Enforce strict internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance with statutory audit standards
  • Leadership: Direct and mentor the treasury team to ensure high performance and operational accuracy
Requisitos
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Experience: 7–10 years in Treasury Management (Retail or Import/Export sector preferred)
  • Certifications: CPA, CTP, or CA preferred
  • Skills: Expertise in trade finance, FX hedging, and banking platform management
