ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Lead and oversee all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation, and corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management activities.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to Executive Management and support key business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including the preparation and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop high-performing Finance and Accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive financial performance monitoring through the analysis of key financial indicators and business metrics.
