We are recruiting!
Our client in Beira is looking for a Deputy Group Financial Controller to join their team for a job vacancy within the Transport & Logistics Sector.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile Operational and Financial Systems results through various reconciliation methods.
- Manage cash control on a daily basis through review of the operational reporting as well as cash spot checks.
- Responsible for foreign exchange control/negotiation.
- Ensure key daily and weekly reporting such as cash flow projection, age analysis, bank reconciliation are done on a timely basis.
- Complete month end financial reporting, including management accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce Finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification e.g ACCA/ CA.
- At least 5- 8 years in Accounting / Finance at Management level.
- Knowledge of IFRS and IAS is desirable.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
