We Are Hiring | Contract Administrator

  • Location: Afungi, Cabo Delgado, Mozambique
  • Position: Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, negotiate, and review various contracts, including sales, purchases, and business partnerships
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and organizational policies, analyzing potential risks
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, including amendments, correspondence, and performance monitoring
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries, explaining terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure that all parties fulfill contractual obligations
  • Prepare reports on contract status, renewals, and expirations for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law is an advantage
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
