Consultancy Opportunity – Job Architecture & Salary Scale Design
PSI Mozambique is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting firm to support the development of a Job Architecture and Salary Scale Framework for our organization.
This consultancy will help establish a structured job grading system and a market-aligned salary scale to strengthen transparency, internal equity, and alignment with the Mozambican labor market.

Scope of Work
- The selected consultant will:
• Design a comprehensive job architecture framework
• Conduct salary benchmarking against the Mozambican market
• Develop salary bands aligned with job grades
• Map current staff positions to the new structure
• Provide recommendations to ensure internal pay equityWho Should Apply - We are looking for consultants with:
- Experience in job evaluation and compensation frameworks
- Proven experience designing salary scales or grading structures
- Experience working with NGOs or international organizations (preferred)
- Strong HR consulting and analytical expertise
