New Vacancy: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

JOB INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Maputo
  • Industry: Corporate Services
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in consulting, legal services, HR outsourcing, or corporate services.
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Salary: Industry standard + bonus

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Identify and acquire new corporate dlients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.
  • Promote company incorporation, corporate compliance, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow through opportunities to closing.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at corporate events and strategic meetings.
