Experience Required: Over 8 years as a Warehouse Supervisor in the FMCG industry
Education: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related reputable field of study
Key Responsibilities
- Work in cooperation with the Warehouse and Branch Manager to manage daily cargo reception/loading tasks
- Plan and oversee deliveries, ensuring SOPs are followed before and after loading, including checks for stock quality, credit control, and authorization
- Generate timely reports on warehouse activities based on business needs
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure effective execution of operations
- Collaborate with the Logistics team for goods reception
- Manage documentation control, reporting, and health and safety compliance
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word) and other ERP systems proficiently
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent planning, reporting, and documentation capabilities
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
