- Work Location: Matola (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Industry: Travel Industry
- Education: Graduate in similar field
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Proficiency in booking software like Amadeus and Galileo;
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours;
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote travel packages;
- Actively promote and sell travel packages, special offers, and upgrades to clients;
- Prepare and process travel documentation, including itineraries and invoices;
- Conduct research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform service improvements;
- More than 8 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role;
- Proficient in English (“Communication, reading and writing”).
SALARY
Industry standard + bonus
