Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the oil and gas industry.
• Oversee the daily operations of the training center, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and industry experts to enhance training programs.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in training software and e-learning platforms.
• Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH, OPITO, BOSIET, FUET.
