We’re Hiring: Sales Representative – Matola / Beira (Mozambique)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00-12:00, 14:00-17:00
Saturday: 8:00-12:00
$ Salary: Basic 10,000-30,000 MZN/month + Allowance + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in building and expanding the distribution channels for industrial products (such as tires, lubricants, machinery, etc.);
2. Maintain and develop customer relationships to drive sales growth;
3. Execute sales strategies, track performance, and follow up on orders and deliveries;
4. Collect market intelligence and support marketing activities in the region;
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Languages: Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
3. Experience:
0-3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome;
Prior experience in industrial product sales (e.g., tires, lubricants, machinery) is preferred;
Experience in channel sales or FMCG distribution is a plus;
Candidates who have worked at Tire Cooperation, Leader Trade, Novato, or Simba will be given priority;
4. Skills:
Willingness to travel frequently across regions;
Strong communication and client service skills;
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Traits: Proactive, result-oriented, adaptable, and hardworking.
