Education: Bachelor of Chemistry, Food Processing or any other relevant field.
Experience: More than 8 years
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Salary: Industry standard + bonus
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Manage the laboratory needs and inventory for utilities and consumables;
- People and Time management. PMS management for the Laboratory Team;
- Be involved throughout the production process;
- Daily, weekly and monthly planning and reporting;
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations;
- Verify RM and FG standards and recommend changes;
- Ensure that finished goods comply with food safety standards;
- SOP review, training and implement continuous improvement process;
- Drive Laboratory eAiciency and controls;
- Utility maintenance to ensure standards compliance;
- High level of housekeeping, hygiene and safety;
- Knowledge of safety, ISO standards, Food safety training and others relevant certifications for the role.
