JOB INFORMATION
- Work Location: Manica
- Industry: Agrochemical / Pesticide
Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, having MBA degree is advantage.
Experience: 10+ years in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pesticides manufacturing industry.
Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
Salary: Industry standard + bonus
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to
- pesticide specialty fertilizers and manufacturing.
- Lead the pesticide registration process, ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance & Asset Management.
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce workplace safety protocols.
- Work closely with senior management, supply chain, finance, and HR teams.
- Inventory management
