Morning Grace International Christian (Boarding & Day) School- Maputo
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Maputo, Mozambique, at a new international boarding school following the Cambridge Curriculum for students from pre-school to Grade 13. Teachers will prepare detailed lesson plans, deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, organizing extracurricular activities, and contributing to the development of school programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and delivering effective Teaching methods
- Background in Education and experience in Training students across various grade levels
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and colleagues
- Prior experience with curricula such as the Cambridge International Curriculum is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or any closely related field is required; a relevant teaching certification is preferred
- Adaptability to an international environment and ability to work with diverse groups of students
