Job Vacancy: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Matola, Mozambique

Education: Degree in Engineering or related technical fields
Experience: 5+ years in maintenance management or supervision
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese
Salary: Industry standard + bonus
Eligibility Criteria
- Develop and manage maintenance procedures, oversee repair, installation, and scheduling activities.
- Track and report maintenance activities, ensuring accurate logs and reports on daily/weekly schedules.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians to ensure quality work and adherence to standards.
- Manage budgets and inventory, control expenses, and oversee material and equipment inventory.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance through regular inspections and participation in project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and MIS systems.
- Strong English and Portuguese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience with HSE, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
