Pathway Consulting is recruiting a Key Account Product Support Specialist – Heavy Equipment to join a leading multinational company specializing in the supply and maintenance of heavy machinery and genuine parts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key customers
  • Continuously assess and validate customer needs
  • Provide consultancy on equipment life cycles, maintenance budgets, and replacement strategies
  • Prepare quotations for parts, services, and equipment management solutions
  • Promote and sell after-sales products and services (E&T, Marine & Gas Parts, Service Sales)
  • Submit monthly activity and forecast reports
  • Focus on OEM parts and maintenance packages
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Technical training in Diesel or Earthmoving Equipment Mechanics (or equivalent)
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial maintenance
  • Experience with Caterpillar equipment and heavy machinery is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
