Our client in Nacala is looking for Junior Accountant to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper cost allocation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
