Role Purpose
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented intern with excellent problem-solving abilities to join our CVM & Loyalty Squad.
You will support the development and implementation of strategies to maximize customer value, enhance user experience, and contribute to business growth through solution architecture and configuration engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategies to enhance customer value and experience.
- Participate in designing and implementing CVM solutions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DIT and business stakeholders.
- Lead CVM system setup and integration with existing tools.
- Document systems and ensure customer data quality.
- Translate insights into actionable plans.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Interest in solution architecture and CVM methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Basic Technical Knowledge in:
- HTTP, SOAP & REST APIs
- Linux
- API Integration
- Solution Design & Architecture
