Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ HR experience, preferably within Mozambique;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology;
- Strong knowledge of Mozambican labour legislation;
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration and compliance;
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training management;
- Presentable and professional;
- Human Resource Management Experience;
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and facilitation abilities;
- Payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability;
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
