We are seeking a dynamic and qualified male candidate with a Master’s degree in Human Resources to join our team.
Requirements
- Education: MBA – Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources
- Age: Between 25 and 35 years old
- Travel Flexibility: Must be open to international travel within Mozambique
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Hiring: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company’s culture and needs.
- Employee Satisfaction: Engage regularly with employees to evaluate satisfaction, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Labor Case Management: Manage labor-related cases, act as a mediator between employees and management, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Digital Attendance Implementation: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of a digital attendance system to ensure accurate timekeeping and efficiency.
