We’re Hiring: Gas Station Fuel Bussiness Supervisor
Location: Sofala Dondo
Working Hours: 7:00-17:00
$ Salary: Basic 15,000-20,000 MZN/month + Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial and operational data at the fuel station.
2. Supervise and guide station personnel to maintain compliance with safety and service standards.
3. Maintain proper control of sales, fuel stock, and cash-handling processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and submit daily sales and stock reports with accuracy and transparency.
5. Assist regional management in conducting operational audits and performance reviews.
6. Handle on-site customer issues and ensure smooth station operations.
Requirements:
1. Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
3. Strong numerical accuracy, organizational, and reporting skills.
4. Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in fuel station, retail, or FMCG operations will be an added advantage.
