Job Opening: Gas Station Financial Officer – Pemba
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturday mornings.
Location:
Pemba, Mozambique
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Management:
Accurately record daily revenues and monitor outstanding customer payments to minimize financial risks. - Document Handling:
Collect and organize financial documents for billing purposes, ensuring timely submission to the company headquarters. - Ticket Issuance:
Issue tickets and invoices according to company policies and customer requirements. - Account Verification:
Review all account forms to ensure data accuracy and authenticity. - Inventory Control:
Maintain and update records of fuel and store supplies inventory, conducting regular stock checks. - Expenditure Oversight:
Manage and control the gas station’s expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. - Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of two years of financial experience in the retail industry.
- Preferably male candidates with a valid Mozambique driver’s license and good physical health.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
