Job Opportunity: Finance Controller (Chartered Accountant) – Mozambique

We are hiring two dynamic male Chartered Accountants who are passionate about finance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Finance
- Age: Between 25 and 35 years old
- Travel Flexibility: Must be open to international travel within Mozambique
Key Responsibilities
- Fund Management: Maintain daily communication with banks to manage and optimize business funds, ensuring liquidity for operational needs.
- Accounting Accuracy: Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure accurate and timely accounting records and reports.
- External Auditors Coordination: Work closely with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits, in compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- External Accounting Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate IVA submissions by the external accountant and coordinate quarterly reconciliation between external and internal financial records.
- Working Capital Management: Monitor and maintain adequate working capital to support smooth business operations and financial stability.
