About the Role
As the Demand Manager, you will be the critical link between Supply Chain and Business units, ensuring seamless integration of demand planning and procurement processes. You will manage inbound supply chain activities, enforce procurement policies, and optimize service delivery to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Coordination:
- Act as the single point of contact for inbound supply chain activities.
- Align demand planning with Supply Chain execution to ensure service delivery.
- Facilitate reviews to prioritize and validate business requirements.
Procurement & Contract Management:
- Resolve escalations for goods/services procurement.
- Coordinate contract rollouts between end-users and contract specialists.
- Oversee expediting and procurement administration activities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage customer queries (invoices, proof of delivery, purchase orders).
- Train end-users on Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes.
- Collaborate with Supply Teams to expedite/reschedule orders based on demand changes.
Compliance & Data Management:
- Enforce procurement policies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity for demand planning systems.
- Generate and manage demand reports (advanced Excel skills preferred).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: University Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 6+ years in supply chain, procurement, or demand planning.
