We are hiring for the position of Customer Service & Operations. The successful candidate will be based in our operations in Maputo and must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent.
- Customs Clearance Accreditation.
- Freight Forwarding Certificate.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Import/Export Freight Forwarding and Clearing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the forwarding and clearing industry, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in Portuguese & English.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ensure customer commitments are met and exceeded.
- Proficiency in Operational Freight Forwarding Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Incoterms.
