Positions: Contract Manager
Job description:
Candidates shall be aged between 25 – 40 5+ years experience in contract management, preferably in energy or EPC projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or related fields.
Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Candidates shall have experience in large scale projects.
Candidates should have worked under high quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Full professional proficiency in English Manage and monitor EPC, O&M, and supplier contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure contractual compliance regarding scope, schedule, costs, and performance requirements Evaluate and process change orders, claims, and variations
Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks
Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams
Oversee contractor performance, payment schedules, warranties, and guarantees
Lead or support negotiations and dispute resolution
Maintain accurate contract documentation and prepare regular commercial reports
