About the Role
Position: Administrator Data Capture
Type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Mozal, Mozambique
As Administrator Data Capture, you will provide essential data capturing services to the Maintenance and Production departments, supporting planners in work management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of CMA (Condition Monitoring Activities) as per schedule
- Maintain safety files for regulatory inspections in your area
- Monitor open actions and events
- Confirm work order operations daily and weekly
- Support Production and Maintenance Supervisors with:
- Outstanding notifications and work orders
- Work order confirmations
- Shut plan adherence
- CNF not TECO (work orders confirmed but not technically completed)
- Contribute to productivity improvements through business initiative (BI) support and administration
- Coordinate shut optimization actions and improvement initiatives
- Manage Return to Store (RTS) spares, ensuring 100% compliance and minimal turnaround time
- Monitor and discard outstanding purchase orders over 90 days if no longer required
About You
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering planning or maintenance environment
- Basic knowledge of work management processes
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or Medium Technical Certificate
