Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining vehicle and service records
- Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and repair estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed
- Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized
Requirements
- Proficiency in computers, office tools, and management systems
- High sense of versatility and adaptability
- Ability to receive vehicles, open and close work orders
- Treasury and cash control skills
- Experience in billing, issuing receipts, and processing credit/debit memos
- Competence in documentation, reporting, payment processing, budgeting, and communication with suppliers and customers
