Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining vehicle and service records
  • Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and repair estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed
  • Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computers, office tools, and management systems
  • High sense of versatility and adaptability
  • Ability to receive vehicles, open and close work orders
  • Treasury and cash control skills
  • Experience in billing, issuing receipts, and processing credit/debit memos
  • Competence in documentation, reporting, payment processing, budgeting, and communication with suppliers and customers
