Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Maputo, Mozambique. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, manage team performance, oversee budgeting processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation. This role requires the ability to analyze operational data, improve overall processes, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Collaboration with various departments to achieve company objectives will be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Operations Management and a proven ability to optimize processes and achieve efficiency.
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in Team Management, fostering leadership, and motivating teams to achieve organizational goals.
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively while maintaining cost efficiency.
Strong Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and effective communication with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the consumer goods or ethical products industry is advantageous.
