Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automation Specialist. The role is based in Matola, with some flexibility for remote work. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system performance. Responsibilities also include testing and optimizing automated workflows to meet quality standards and operational needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify areas for automation and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation implementation
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve field Instrumentation issues.
- Hands on Experience in PLC/HMI programming and Industrial Networking.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles to ensure system integrity and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages is a plus
- Diploma /Degree in Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation ,Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
