Vaga: Commercial & Pricing Executive (International Logistics)

We are recruiting a Commercial & Pricing Executive to join an international logistics company operating across the maritime, air, and land transport sectors.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing direct support to the Pricing department and managing interactions with international agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for international agents.
  • Use internal systems and commercial tools to manage requests, opportunities, and pricing submissions.
  • Communicate regularly with international partners, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing team to define competitive and market-aligned rates.
  • Analyse data, trends, and market intelligence within the logistics sector (sea, air, and land).
  • Record and update commercial information in internal systems.
  • Support the commercial team in strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Solid knowledge of the logistics sector, including maritime, air, and road transport.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to interact with international agents and multicultural teams.
  • Experience using commercial tools or CRM systems (Salesforce, etc).
  • Strong communication skills, diplomatic approach, organisational ability, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Pricing or Customer Service within the logistics sector.
  • Knowledge of customs and fiscal regulations.
  • High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail.
