Job Title: Tires & Lubricants (Channel Sales)
Work Location: Matola
+ Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
$ Salary: Basic + Allowance + Commiision (to be discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote products and sales policies to increase market penetration, brand awareness and sales volume;
2. Collect and report market information, including competitor pricing, promotions, and stock levels;
3. Implement company’s marketing, promotion, and product roll out plans;
4. Achieve sales targets and ensure product visibility and availability in the market;
5. Visit clients regularly, provide pre-sales and after-sales support;
6. assist the customers in training,team management, display and promotion of products.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Languages: Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
3. Experience:
(1) No less than 2 years of working experience in van distribution;
(2) Experience in sales of products like tires, lubricants, spare parts and accessories is preferred;
4. Personal skills
(1) Fieldwork readiness and willingness to travel.
(2) Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities.
(3) Proven self-motivation with strong time-management and independent work skills.
(4) Valid driver’s license; van driving experience is a plus.
(5) Gender: Female
