JY Transport is hiring a Transport Supervisor to oversee local shunting and cross-border (transit) operations in partnership with IC Global Logistics Lda.
The role covers truck allocation, driver supervision, and coordination with the IC GLOBAL operations team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery.
You’ll also manage fleet tracking and reporting, maintaining visibility and alignment between the JY fleet, subcontractors, and client schedules.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport or logistics supervision.
• Proven ability to manage drivers and subcontractors.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of port and cross-border operations.
• Computer literacy (Excel and tracking systems).
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
