RESPONSABILITIES:
QUALITIES TO PROSPER IN THIS POSITION:
- Develop audit plans;
- Identify risk areas requiring special attention;
- Analyse financial records to verify the accuracy and integrity of information;
- Ensure that transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting and legal standards;
- Ensure that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, such as the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Verify compliance with internal policies and operational procedures;
- Draft audit reports;
- Maintain high standards of professional ethics and ensure the confidentiality of information obtained during the audit;
- Stay updated with the latest trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the field of auditing.
- Technical expertise in auditing;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactivity and willingness to learn;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Office tools.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE FOR THE POSITION
- Degree in Accounting and Auditing, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the auding field;
- Preferably with experience in the Banking and Insurance sector;
- Fluent in English (elimination factor);
- Strong ability to communicate in writing and make presentations in both Portuguese and English.
