Role Description
This contract role for an Analista de Planeamento – Call Center is an on-site position located in Maputo. The primary responsibilities for this position include daily workforce management, analyzing call data, preparing analytical reports, and providing technical support. The role also involves developing strategies to optimize call center efficiency and effectiveness, as well as collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
