We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Export Manager to lead our Beira operations. This is your chance to make an impact — driving growth, optimizing export processes, and building strong global partnerships.

Package: Highly negotiable and based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to accelerate growth and profitability

• Ensure compliance with all international trade and customs regulations

• Oversee export documentation, shipping, and logistics coordination

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients and partners

• Monitor and manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial performance

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence

Core Accountabilities

• Month-end reporting and accurate revenue forecasting

• Export scheduling and shipping line reconciliations

• Customer satisfaction and adherence to SOPs

• KPI management — on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and market growth

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or similar

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an export-focused management role

• Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

• Strong knowledge of international trade practices, customs, and logistics management

Added Advantage

• Certification in Export Compliance or Logistics

• Experience with SAP or other export management systems
