The Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best talent to support the company’s growth. This role ensures a smooth and professional recruitment process, maintaining the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Funções

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Mozambican and internantional labour laws and company policies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.
  • Support HR initiatives related to talent management and employee engagement.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media, and local job market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
