Our client in Maputo, Beira and Chimoio is looking for a Paint Sales Associate to join their team for a job vacancy within the Manufacturing Sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right paint products and accessories for their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Maintain an organized and clean store appearance, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry.
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory and sales tracking.
- Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Ability to lift and move heavy paint cans and equipment.
- Knowledge of paint products and color matching techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
