We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to oversee our catering operations, delivering exceptional food experiences across corporate events, private functions, and large-scale hospitality services. This is a dual-role leadership position that blends culinary artistry with operational excellence, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to exceeding client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for events, meetings, and daily operations.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and customize menus accordingly.
  • Manage catering logistics including transportation, setup, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team.
  • Lead kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.
  • Design and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards.
  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and waste management.
  • To be fully support for all the units in Terms of raw material need, manning.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Monitor food temperatures and portion sizes to ensure consistency and safety.
  • Work with chefs to develop innovative and appealing menus.
  • Manage event budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain food safety programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of catering facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory standards.
  • Always adhere to RA’s Code of Conduct.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Catering as head chef or chef de cuisine
  • Experience managing a team of employees.
  • Professional Certificates or equivalent in Catering Management from a recognized school.
  • Proven experience in catering or high-volume food production
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., HACCP).
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations and event management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in menu planning and cost control.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
