Our client in Afungi – Cabo Delgado, is looking Heavy Machinery Operator to join their team for a job vacancy within the Industrial Sector.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, grading, loading, hauling, and compaction tasks.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any faults or breakdowns.
- Strictly follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Ensure proper care, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- Completed basic, secondary or technical education.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience operating heavy equipment.
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
- Willingness to work shifts and in remote locations.
