Our client in Tete is looking for Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to join their team for a job vacancy within the construction Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds and facilities systems.
- Maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues timeously.
- Supervise and coordinate work with contractors.
- Responsible for drafting scope of work for Facilities related RFQ/RFPs as per Procurement procedures.
- Submit weekly building inspection reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil or mechanical engineering or other related.
- Five years’ experience in Facilities Management or Project management.
- Sound Business and financial acumen.
- Ability to manage teams (employees or contractors).
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
