Job Purpose:
Support personnel logistics activities, including crew changes, accommodations, transfers, and related request follow-ups.
Job Description:
- Support personnel logistics for onshore & offshore crew.
- Track and manage personnel movement requests (rosters).
- Coordinate with local agents for hotel bookings, airport/port meet & greet services.
- Assist in transportation arrangements (crew boats, vehicle fleet).
- Report any issues or complaints to the Logistics Management Team.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (oil & gas industry experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Microsoft Office).
- Language: English (mandatory).
- Attributes: Ability to work in a dynamic, complex environment on large-scale projects.
