Job Purpose
Support logistics Activities: interface with the Operations Team for all activities, Customs & Transportation of equipment import / export of equipment, crew change support and follow up of the associated requests.
Job Description
- Support logistics of equipment and Personnel, transport and Customs activities;
- Keep track of import & export of equipment, personnel movements, services requests, delivery times, and efficiency;
- Interface with CPY operations Team
- Interface with surfer marine crew
- Coordinate relationships with suppliers, local Agent and operations Team
- Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Location: Afungi
Rotation basis : 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
You are meant for this job if:
Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is mandatory +/- 5 years of experience in same position Ability to work in a remote site ( Afungi ) and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office) English skills are mandatory
